The ITC Conference Grant call is now OPEN on a continual basis. Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis based on those received by the last day of every month. (Exception: The first evaluation deadline will be Fri 9 Apr 2021).

Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grants support PhD students and Early Career researchers from participating ITCs to attend international conferences in the thematic domain of the Action.

Because the COST grant period has been extended ITC grants can support participation in meetings that complete by 30 September 2021.

Proposals from those who have attended a MW-Gaia Workshop or School are especially welcome.

Because of the ongoing issues concerning travel restrictions, that can change at short notice, cancellation insurance is recommended (this is an eligible expense).
