This will be the first Management Committee meeting of MW-Gaia

Please aim to arrive in the main Hoyle building, the meeting will take place in the Sackler Lecture theatre. See the map of the IoA site for details at https://www.ast.cam.ac.uk/contact/map

The MC meeting will take place Tue 3 Sep 2019 from 09.00 to 12.15 BST.

In the afternoon 13.30 to 16..00 BST there will be informal working group breakout sessions.

Programme Notes:

• Tea and coffee will be available outside the Sackler Lecture theatre from 08.30 to 09.00.
• For Lunch: we will walk over to the cafeteria in nearby Churchill College. (Those MC members attending the WG1 workshop are welcome to take lunch at the workshop - which will be from 12.45 to 14.00.
• In the afternoon, there will be the possibility to hold ad-hoc working group meetings. The rooms available for this are the Hoyle Committee Room, the Observatory Meeting Room and the SPO meeting room.
